Bank of Baroda is looking for young, qualified candidates through the 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance course in Baroda Manipal School of Banking, Bangalore or in any other Institute in other part of the country.
Admission to the 1 year full-time post graduate diploma course, applicants should apply online only from 03-03-2015 to 17-03-2015 through the provided ONLINE facility and no other mode of application will be accepted.

Selection Mode:
Candidates shall be selected by BOB through a selection process consisting of an (open) online exam followed by Group Discussion AND Interview.
The Online exam Objective Type consist of

Candidates are required to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score in the online test to be shortlisted for interview.

Tests & Interviews
The selection process for officers recruitment in Oriental Insurance company is the same as in banking exams.
Candidates have to appear for an objective examination (online) & qualified individuals will be shortlisted for personal interview and computer proficiency test.
As usual, every wrong answer shall be rewarded with 0.25 negative mark.
There would be a minimum cutoff on the total marks, which each candidate must obtain to get shortlisted for the interview.
